Product Features
1. The control system adopts the SIEMENS 828D CNC system, with servo motor-driven feeding. This configuration ensures high operating efficiency and stable workpiece precision, meeting rigorous processing standards.
2. A servo center centering device is mounted on the feeding support roller, enabling the processing of variable cross-section plates with a height difference of 0–200 mm and enhancing adaptability to diverse workpiece requirements.
3. The equipment can accommodate 25 sets of molds with different diameters, featuring quick and convenient mold installation to minimize downtime during tool changes.
4. The entire process of plate loading, punching, and unloading is fully automated, significantly reducing the labor intensity of operators and improving production continuity.

5. Waste materials generated during processing are automatically discharged and collected, optimizing on-site management and reducing manual cleaning workload.
6. The automatic programming software supports direct retrieval of AUTOCAD graphics or .DXF format graphics generated by other CAD software. Through a user-friendly human-machine interface, it completes the automatic generation of machine tool processing programs—this saves programming time and eliminates manual operation errors.
