Product Features
1. The control system is equipped with the SIEMENS 828D CNC system, complemented by servo motor-driven feeding. This setup ensures optimal operational efficiency and maintains consistent precision across the workpieces.
2. A servo-driven central centering device is installed on the feeding support roller, allowing it to effectively process plates with varying cross-sections, accommodating height differences ranging from 0 to 200mm.
3. The system is designed to accommodate up to 25 molds of various diameters, with a quick and user-friendly mold installation process.
4. The loading, punching, and unloading of plates are fully automated, significantly minimizing labor requirements and enhancing operational efficiency.
5. Waste materials are automatically ejected and collected, ensuring a streamlined and efficient production process.
6. The automatic programming software is capable of directly importing graphics from AUTOCAD or .DXF files generated by other CAD applications. Through a user-friendly human-machine interface, it facilitates the automatic creation of machine tool processing programs, thus saving time and minimizing the potential for errors.
