3. The system is engineered to support up to 25 molds of varying diameters, featuring a rapid and user-friendly mold installation process.
4. The loading, punching, and unloading of plates are fully automated, substantially minimizing labor requirements and boosting operational efficiency.
5. Waste materials are automatically ejected and collected, ensuring a smooth and efficient production flow.
6. The automated programming software allows for the direct import of graphics from AUTOCAD or .DXF files produced by other CAD software. Featuring an intuitive human-machine interface, it supports the automatic generation of machine tool processing programs, thus reducing processing time and minimizing the likelihood of errors.
