1. The control system is fully integrated with the SIEMENS 828D CNC system, coupled with servo motor-driven feeding mechanisms. This arrangement ensures exceptional operational efficiency while maintaining consistent accuracy during the processing of each individual workpiece.
2. A servo-driven central alignment system is integrated into the feeding support roller, facilitating the efficient processing of plates with varying cross-sectional shapes and compensating for height variations ranging from 0 to 200mm.
3. The system is designed to accommodate up to 25 molds of varying diameters, enabling a fast and user-friendly mold installation process.
4. The loading, punching, and unloading of plates are fully automated, significantly minimizing labor demands and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
5. Waste materials are automatically expelled and collected, ensuring a seamless and efficient production process.
6. The automated programming software enables direct import of graphics from AUTOCAD or .DXF files generated by other CAD software. With its user-friendly human-machine interface, it simplifies the automatic creation of machine tool processing programs, thereby reducing processing time and minimizing the risk of errors.
