Product Features
1. The production line is equipped with the advanced 828D CNC control system integrated with high-performance servo-driven feeding technology. This configuration ensures high-speed production while maintaining outstanding dimensional accuracy and repeatable machining quality for every workpiece.
2. A servo-controlled automatic centering mechanism is incorporated into the feeding support roller system, allowing efficient processing of longitudinal beams with different cross-sectional profiles. The system automatically compensates for height variations ranging from 0–200 mm, ensuring accurate material positioning and stable feeding performance.
3. The machine is capable of accommodating up to 25 punching dies of different diameters. Its optimized tooling structure enables rapid die replacement and straightforward installation, significantly reducing setup time and improving production flexibility.
4. Material loading, punching, and finished-part unloading are performed automatically throughout the entire production cycle. This fully automated workflow substantially reduces manual intervention, lowers labor costs, and maximizes production efficiency.
5. Scrap generated during the punching process is automatically discharged and collected through an integrated waste removal system, maintaining a clean production environment and ensuring continuous, uninterrupted machine operation.
6. The intelligent programming software supports direct import of AutoCAD drawings and DXF files generated by mainstream CAD systems. Featuring an intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI), the software automatically converts design data into machining programs, simplifying programming procedures, shortening production preparation time, and minimizing the possibility of programming errors.
The product display includes a carefully selected range of finished longitudinal beam samples manufactured by this automated production line, covering multiple specifications commonly used in mining trucks, heavy commercial vehicles, and specialized transport equipment.
