2. It adopts CNC control technology with servo motor feeding, ensuring high efficiency and stable machining accuracy. Key hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components are sourced from internationally recognized premium brands.
3. All main signal cables, including rotary encoder cables and PLC communication cables, use imported shielded twisted-pair wiring to effectively eliminate accuracy deviations caused by signal interference.
4. The industrial computer features a bilingual Chinese/English interface, providing simple operation and the ability to display workpiece drawings. Programming is intuitive and can directly import data generated by nesting or lofting software. Only workpiece dimensions, hole diameters, back marking, and quantity are required during program input.
5. The angle line is equipped with a supporting and pressing mechanism to meet processing requirements for angle steels with larger bending deformation.
6. The front and rear feeding units have been fully upgraded, adopting a new guide rail and spring integrated structure, which is more rational and practical, effectively eliminating the issue of insufficient spring force during material feeding.
7. The system is equipped with a self-diagnostic fault detection function.
8. The single-blade shearing system ensures a smooth cutting surface while minimizing material waste.
