Product Features:
1. This automated production line is composed of a transverse conveying system, turnover conveyor, material infeed conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, dual drilling units, marking station, automatic unloading conveyor, hydraulic power station, and electrical cooling system. By combining advanced CNC control technology with servo-driven feeding, the system achieves exceptional productivity while maintaining consistent machining precision across all workpieces.
2. The equipment is configured with one drilling unit on each side, and each unit can accommodate three drilling tools of different diameters. The drilling heads are controlled through CNC positioning technology, ensuring accurate hole placement and superior processing consistency.
3. All spindle speeds are regulated through variable-frequency drive control, providing stepless speed adjustment. Feed rates are continuously adjustable through proportional flow control valves. Automatic switching between rapid approach, cutting feed, and rapid return functions improves machining efficiency and operational stability.
4. An integrated marking station is incorporated into the production line, allowing marking coordinates to be preset with ease. Marking operations, workpiece clamping, and material feeding are hydraulically actuated. Key hydraulic and electrical components are supplied by internationally recognized brands to ensure dependable performance. A closed-loop coolant circulation system is also installed to optimize drilling conditions and prolong cutting tool life.
5. Both drilling and marking procedures are fully automated. Finished components are automatically discharged through a pneumatic turnover device, reducing operator intervention and significantly improving production efficiency compared with conventional processing methods.
6. The control system consists of an industrial computer, servo drive units, PLC controller, external detection sensors, and related control devices. Machining programs can be generated automatically by entering workpiece dimensions. Furthermore, programs can be stored, recalled, displayed, and transmitted according to workpiece identification numbers, enabling efficient production scheduling and management.
7. The processing line is equipped with a specialized support and hold-down mechanism designed to accommodate angle steel sections with significant deformation or bending characteristics, ensuring stable material positioning and accurate machining results.
