Application:
The CNC Gantry Plate Drilling and Milling Machine is specifically designed for high-precision machining of tube sheets, flanges, bearings, heat exchangers, and other plate-type components used in industries such as petrochemical engineering, nuclear power, wind energy, boiler manufacturing, and steel structure fabrication. The machine supports high-speed carbide drilling with internal coolant supply as well as high-speed twist drilling with external cooling. The spindle is equipped with a high-precision BT50 Taiwan-manufactured spindle featuring an internal coolant system and a butterfly spring automatic tool-clamping mechanism.
