1. The plate and flange drilling, milling, and marking machine comprises several essential components, including a base, longitudinal slide, gantry, transverse slide, vertical feed unit, drilling and milling spindle, worktable, cooling system, automatic chip removal system, automatic lubrication system, pneumatic system, electrical system, and other critical elements.
2. The servo-driven sliding drilling power head of the CNC steel plate cutting machine is capable of executing drilling, reaming, tapping, chamfering, and groove milling operations. It can operate either in coordination with other units or independently. The drilling spindle is fitted with a high-precision Taiwan-manufactured spindle (internal cooling) featuring a BT50 taper, and incorporates a butterfly spring automatic broaching mechanism. This design enables convenient tool replacement through a connecting rod and hydraulic cylinder tool release system, allowing for rapid switching between drill bits and milling cutters.
3. The drilling and marking machine is constructed with high-precision linear guides, ensuring smooth and accurate motion. An AC servo motor drives a synchronous belt and precision ball screw assembly, delivering outstanding positioning accuracy.
4. The frame and gantry of the metal plate gantry machine are constructed from castings or welded high-grade steel plates. These components undergo high-temperature annealing before machining, followed by a secondary annealing process after semi-finishing to relieve internal stresses.
