The CNC Gantry Plate Drilling and Milling Machine is engineered for high-accuracy machining of tube sheets, flanges, bearing plates, heat exchangers, and various plate-type components used in industries including petrochemical engineering, nuclear power, wind energy, boiler manufacturing, and structural steel fabrication. The machine supports high-speed carbide drilling with through-spindle coolant as well as high-speed twist drilling with external coolant supply. By integrating drilling, chamfering, tapping, milling, and boring into one CNC machining system, it delivers outstanding flexibility and production efficiency. An optional automatic right-angle attachment further expands machining capability, enabling efficient side drilling, tapping, and milling of complex components.

2. The servo-controlled sliding spindle head is designed to perform drilling, reaming, tapping, chamfering, and slot milling operations. The spindle is equipped with a high-precision Taiwan-made BT50 spindle featuring an internal coolant system and a disc-spring automatic tool clamping mechanism.
