1. Machine Bed and Workbench:
The machine bed and workbench are one-piece gray iron (HT250) castings. Undergoing secondary annealing and aging treatment prior to precision machining, they boast outstanding dynamic and static rigidity with zero deformation. The workbench surface is furnished with precisely machined, optimally arranged T-slots to facilitate workpiece clamping. Two sets of high-precision linear guides are mounted on both sides of the bed base, ensuring uniform force distribution on the guide sliders and significantly enhancing the machine tool’s rigidity, tensile strength, and compressive resistance. The drive system employs AC servo motors paired with precision ball screw assemblies for double-sided driving, enabling Y-axis movement of the gantry. Adjustable bolts are distributed at the bottom of the bed, allowing for convenient leveling of the bed and workbench.

2. Mobile Gantry:
The mobile gantry is constructed from gray iron (HT250) castings. Two sets of ultra-high load-bearing rolling linear guides are mounted on the front side of the gantry. A precision ball screw assembly paired with a servo motor enables the power head sliding plate to move along the X-axis. The power head sliding plate is fitted with a drilling power head. Gantry movement is realized via a servo motor, which drives the ball screw nut to rotate on the ball screw through a precision coupling.

3. Mobile Saddle:
The mobile saddle is a precision cast iron structural component. Equipped on the saddle are two sets of ultra-high load-bearing CNC linear rail slides, a precision ball screw assembly, and a high-precision planetary reducer that connects to the servo motor. The weight of the drilling power head is balanced to reduce the screw load and prolong the service life of the ball screw. It drives the drilling power head to move along the Z-axis, enabling actions such as rapid forward movement, rapid reverse movement, and stopping of the power head, along with automatic chip breaking, chip removal, and pause functions.

4. Drilling Head:
The drilling power head employs a dedicated servo spindle motor, which transmits power to a specialized precision spindle via a toothed synchronous belt for torque enhancement. The spindle is configured with Japanese angular contact bearings arranged in a six-row structure (four in the front and two in the rear), enabling stepless speed regulation. Equipped with a pneumatic tool change system, the spindle ensures rapid and convenient tool replacement. Feed motion is driven by a servo motor paired with a ball screw. The X and Y axes support linkage operation and adopt semi-closed-loop control, realizing linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle end features a BT50 taper hole and is fitted with a high-speed rotary joint, supporting high-speed U-drill processing with through-spindle coolant supply.![]()
