Two sets of high-precision linear guideways are mounted on both sides of the bed base, ensuring uniform force distribution on the guideway sliders while significantly enhancing the machine tool’s overall rigidity, tensile strength, and compressive resistance. The drive system incorporates AC servo motors paired with precision ball screw assemblies, enabling the gantry to achieve smooth Y-axis movement. The workbench is furnished with a hydraulic cylinder clamping system for secure workpiece fixation.

2. Mobile Gantry:
The mobile gantry is manufactured via casting from HT250 gray cast iron, with two sets of ultra-high load-bearing rolling linear guideway assemblies mounted on its front side. A precision ball screw assembly paired with a servo motor drives the power head slide plate to achieve precise X-axis movement, and the drilling power head is affixed to this slide plate. The gantry’s traversal is accomplished by the servo motor—via a precision coupling—driving the ball screw nut to rotate along the ball screw, ensuring stable and accurate motion.

3. Mobile Saddle:
The mobile saddle is fabricated from precision-cast iron structural components. It is equipped with two sets of ultra-high-load-capacity CNC linear guideway carriages, a precision ball screw assembly, and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to the servo motor. This configuration balances the weight of the power head, reduces the load on the lead screw, and extends the lead screw’s service life. The system drives the drilling power head to perform precise Z-axis movement, enabling functions such as rapid feed, working feed, rapid retraction, and stopping. It also integrates automatic chip breaking, chip removal, and pause capabilities for enhanced operational efficiency.
