Split casting structure:
This CNC gantry flange drilling and milling equipment is primarily composed of a bed worktable, mobile gantry, mobile saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication system, protection mechanism, circulating cooling system, numerical control system, and electrical system, among other key components. Product Features
1. Drilling Power Head:
The drilling power head is equipped with a dedicated servo spindle motor, which drives a specialized precision spindle via toothed synchronous belt deceleration to enhance torque output. It supports rapid and convenient replacement, with feed motion powered by a servo motor and ball screw assembly. The X and Y axes feature linkage capability and adopt semi-closed-loop control, enabling linear and circular interpolation functions. The spindle end is designed with a BT40 taper hole and fitted with a high-speed rotary joint, facilitating high-speed U-drill center-through coolant machining operations.
2. Transmission System:
The system adopts high-precision imported Taiwanese guideways and sliders, ensuring smooth operation while effectively enhancing heavy-load bearing capacity.
The X-axis and Z-axis each utilize two rolling linear guideways as the guiding and load-bearing rails for horizontal and vertical movement respectively, fully meeting the technical requirements for high-speed drilling. The transmission of the X-axis and Z-axis is achieved through AC servo motors driving precision ball screws to rotate, enabling precise linear motion.
The Y-axis is equipped with two heavy-duty rolling linear guideways on both sides, one of which features a side-mounted structure, jointly forming the Y-axis sliding track. This configuration satisfies the high rigidity and strength requirements of the gantry frame, while also delivering technical advantages including a low friction coefficient, high movement speed, excellent vibration absorption performance, and extended service life. The X-axis transmission employs dual servo motor synchronous drive technology—with one servo motor installed on each side—synchronously driving the ball screws to rotate, which in turn drives the gantry frame to move and enables CNC machining operations.
