Product Features
1. The machine's frame body and crossbeam are constructed from a welded fabricated structure, followed by comprehensive aging heat treatment to ensure excellent precision. The worktable, transverse sliding table, and ram are all made of cast iron.
2. The dual-servo drive system on both sides of the X-axis ensures precise parallel movement of the gantry, maintaining optimal squareness between the Y and X axes.
3. The worktable is constructed from cast iron, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
4. The drilling spindle is a rigid, high-precision BT40 type, equipped with an internal cooling system and designed for easy tool changes. The spindle speed ranges from 30 to 3000 RPM.
5. On both sides of the worktable, two plate-chain type chip removal systems are installed. These systems efficiently collect scrap and coolant, allowing for the recycling and reuse of the coolant.
6. The machine is equipped with dual cooling systems—internal and external cooling—ensuring adequate pressure and flow rate. Additionally, it features a coolant level monitoring system that guarantees sufficient lubrication and cooling for the drilling tool.
7. The machine incorporates an automatic lubrication system, delivering consistent and reliable lubrication to critical moving components such as the guide rails, ball screws, and roller bearings, thereby ensuring the extended lifespan of these key parts.
8. The CNC control system is the Siemens 828D, offering advanced functionality, automatic CAD-CAM programming, user-friendly operation, as well as automatic alerts and error compensation.

Critical outsourced components, including the linear roller guide rails, ball screws, servo motors and drivers, spindle, CNC control system, hydraulic pump, valves, and cooling pump, are sourced from globally renowned brands, ensuring exceptional reliability and stable performance of the machine.
